That's why I thought it was noteworthy, even under a pessimistic view he's going to likely take all three.

If what he concluded comes to fruition, there would certainly be a recount in AZ and GA. But, winning PA would make that a moot point for Trump.

including some Biden-leaning ones like Lackawanna (which includes his hometown of Scranton) and the purplish Chester County, which is part of the Philly 5-county metro area, whose freshman (D) Congresswoman for PA-6 Chrissy Houlahan just got re-elected for a 2nd term ).

(obviously they posted a screenshot of a portion of the spreadsheet they had, but I didn't want people to get a false impression)

This is very optimistic though and I'm quite looking forward to the dump of PA votes when it finally comes. Once it comes I think it will be immediately called for Biden, and we can move on toward the transition phase. And I can finally get some sleep.

20 electoral votes up for grabs as Pennsylvania mail-in ballot count continues

By Tim Jimenez and Jim Melwert KYW Newsradio 1060

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) -- It is still too early to call a winner in the presidential race in Pennsylvania, because mail-in ballots are still being counted. As of now, according to Pennsylvania's Department of State, close to 30% of mail-in ballots need to be counted. That's 763,000 votes. And that includes somewhere around 120,000 from Philly alone and 134,000 from the suburbs.

Montgomery County officials announced Thursday morning that all eligible votes that were returned by 8 p.m. on Election Day have been counted. The final tally among those votes -- Biden: 313,000; Trump: close to 183,000.

And Bucks County now says Joe Biden has taken a 4,000-vote lead there. It is unclear how this affects statewide numbers, because Pennsylvania hasn’t updated its website yet.

Going into today, President Donald Trump had a 164,000-vote lead over challenger Joe Biden in Pennsylvania. The race has tightened significantly since the county began processing mail-in ballots, as officials say they expected. Mail-in ballots have generally favored Biden across the map. Biden says he's confident he'll win the state.

Good morning. This is where we stand in Pennsylvania per @CBSNews. #Election2020

Per @PAStateDept close to 30% of mail-in ballots haven’t been counted yet. Breaking it down, around 250k are from Philly and the Burbs, with close to half of that figure being from the city.

Good, but small batch for Biden just now. Just have to hope there are enough votes remaining. Silver seems to think so. And the latest results are in line with that.
