In It to Win It

Trump barely cared about COVID before, he REALLY isn't gonna give a fuck about it now!

He cared slightly (barely) because of his reelection chances, that tiny amount of fuck that he gave will be gone out the window.

He's gonna have power for the next 2.5 months. The bare minimum strategy they have now will be gone once all the networks call the race for Joe.

I hoped Joe saved a copy of that pandemic handbook they made. Joe and Kamala will need to add a few chapters because I'm sure the handbook assumes competent governance in it. One thing I'm sure the handbook didn't account for in its assumptions and models of all things that could go wrong was fucked up nonexistent leadership.

Because it applies to a small brush fire starting up.

By the time Biden gets into office nearly the entire forest will have been consumed.

a spot on a lifeboat, they might realize that not passing the stimulus could threaten their reelection chances in 2022 and actually override Trump's veto. You would think, anyway.

extreme vindictiveness. You can't expect a vicious whackjob like him to have differentiated his supporters from all who failed to make his inauguration crowd larger than Obama's. Must less THIS betrayal.

Btw, studies show most loyalists approve and share his promised vinctiveness, foolishly believing against all evidence to the contrary that it's directed against Democrats and not them as well. They deserve what they get from him, and each other, given the depraved indifference they've displayed to the lives of others, and even complicity in hundreds of thousands of deaths by defiantly spreading the virus.

Hyperpartisan and racist spite manifesting as opportunistic genocide.
