We should know by Noon ET today

We may have more information about the count in several states by noon ET today. Arizona should provide an update on ballots at 11 a.m. ET, and Nevada should provide an update around noon. An official said new information on a couple thousand of Philadelphia's ballots would be uploaded between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. ET, according to ABC. We're expecting other updates from around Pennsylvania throughout the day.

Philadelphia update: First morning upload is expected around 11 AM - 1 PM, per spox for city commissioners.

Expected to be a couple thousands votes (2-3,000) as of now, but that could change.

are still up. I suspect they are. I go that way on my morning walks a few times a week. I'll be looking forward
to doing a little taunting when I see one of them outside.

And if Trump is going to concede, he needs to do it by early evening. And Biden needs to address the nation as President-elect in prime time.

And if Trump doesn't concede, Biden needs to say, it's not Trump's decision who wins the presidency. It's the peoples. And if Trump doesn't want to participate in our longstanding tradition of peaceful and cooperative transition, then we will proceed without him.
