Facing state charges it appears the SC will be unable to offer hearings on appeal.

Now the Trump picks on the bench can begin screwing over the working class without distraction.

and Gorsuch have sometimes been surprising in their decisions. Of course we’ll get a fair amount of shitty rulings but maybe not as many as we would think. The ones we can count on to be 100% awful are Alito, Thomas, and probably Barret. Kavanaugh and Gorsuch 80% awful and Roberts 60% awful. Just my guesses lol.

I would think that there will rarely be any 6-3 rulings against "positive" situations, but I could easily see a lot of 5-4's going against us.........
But then again, it wouldn't be the first time that a person named to the Supreme Court turned out to make more rulings in a way that was not expected.......
