What happens if McConnell filibusters the Organizing Resolution indefinitely

I say Biden stacks up executive orders stripping Kentucky of all manner of federal benefits, then signs one an hour as long as the filibuster continues

2. Only takes a simple majority to remove the filibuster rule

It almost seems like McConnell is daring us.

8. See this makes me mad. If it was that easy do you think Schumer would not have organized the

Senate already. It is not that simple.

6. He wants a promise from Schumer before he agrees to organizing not to remove the filibuster and

I don't know how we get around this. I am sure that blocking Biden in the early days is what McConnell would enjoy no downside for him.

7. How will we have a vote if we don't get the Senate up and running? VP Harris can't help with this

part, and I doubt very much any GOP will vote with us.
