It says: Green Dot: Prepare for a 3rd stimulus payment. Have your debit card in hand. Lost your card? Request a replacement here: bit.ly/3pnDkKj STOP 2 cancel
Is anyone else getting messages like this from their bank? Is there some sort of news about the stimulus that I've missed?

(14,120 posts)Something is going on in Washington that's not being reported right now because my brother just text me about a similar he got from his bank. Heck, he even got a call telling him to contact his bank if he lost his card. They told him because of the upcoming stimulus coming.

I'm always suspicious when it comes to anything that sounds urgent and that needs to be addressed right now. I'm glad that you checked with them to verify.
