if possible, such as charging them w/ aiding and abetting a criminal enterprise, or rioting, etc.

not sure what it means in practice.

The biggest thing going forward is retention of the House (actually both chambers) -- and I'm looking to Pelosi (and other D leaders) on how best to accomplish that.

I know 'bi-partisan' and 'cooperation' absolutely makes a lot of people want to puke right now ... But, honestly -- I'm willing to sing all sort of songs, dance all sort of dance, and sell all sort of nostrums ... If that is what John Q Public wants to hear -- and that is what wins me the House in 2022 and 24.
