Two examples of how a single party rule can corrupt a state...

Wisconsin's republican party is so corrupt, they stink on ice.

Wisconsin Assembly OKs election investigation

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - The Republican-controlled Wisconsin Assembly has passed a resolution that will authorize an investigation into the 2020 presidential election that President Joe Biden narrowly won in the state.

Democrats opposed the resolution.

Voting to authorize an investigation comes after Republicans last month ordered an audit of the election results.

Biden defeated Donald Trump by fewer than 21,000 votes in Wisconsin.

That outcome was upheld by a partial recount, and several lawsuits challenging the election failed.

Wisconsin Senate votes to take control of state’s share of federal virus money

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - The Wisconsin Senate has voted to take control of the state’s share of the $1.9 trillion federal coronavirus stimulus package away from Democratic Gov. Tony Evers.

Instead, lawmakers would have the ability to decide how to spend the estimated $5.7 billion coming for state and local governments.

Federal dollars obligated for a SPECIFIC purpose (all federal dollars are) and cannot be spent on things they were not obligated for. This will be interesting.
