2. You need to show ID at an authorised gun dealer

But not at flea markets, gun shows, etc. Correct me if I'm wrong. I've never bought a firearm.

3. More than 1/3 of States require background checks at Gun Shows.

Including the biggest ones.

12. There will NEVER be a way to stop CRIMINALS from conducting CRIME.

All the laws in the world don't deter... lawBREAKERS.

13. No question, couldn't agree more

But we don't have to have a Federal government, State governments, and Politicians that encourage and promote criminal gun ownership, corporate gun and ammo manufacturers and violence.

Remember the right wing whack job in Vegas that killed like 60 concert goers and injured a couple of hundred others with something I think was called a "bump stock" which basically made his weapons full auto????????? They were outlawed months later because they had no other purpose than making a legal semi-auto assault weapon fire like an illegal full auto assault weapon? I think I read where last week the Supreme Court threw out the ban on them for some stupid ass reason.........

15. It's just how the laws are written.

A device which rotates a cam inside of a trigger guard (trigger crank) rapidly puling the trigger has been illegal for a long time.

A bumpstock doesn't pull the trigger or activate the trigger in any way. And it doesn't cross the other red line which is using spring activation to pull the trigger.

It's just the ways the laws are written.

11. Must have ID and do background checks from dealers.

It doesn’t matter where they sell at.

4. Private party sales are unregulated.

Under federal law you can legally buy guns from a private party. Private-party gun sales can be completely anonymous and undocumented. Private sellers are not required to see identification, keep records or initiate background checks.

8. Private Sales

Depending on state laws ......state that sale of long guns between individuals is not illegal but handguns may be required to go through a FFL with a background check.

14. This cartoon is no joke

I went to the store to buy some Sudafed, they sent me back to the pharmacy where it is kept behind the counter. I had to show picture ID and they entered my name, address, phone etc, the sudafed, date of purchase into a federal data base. They then told me that I couldn't buy any more for 30 days..........
It takes hundreds of boxes of sudafed to make one batch of meth, and if I bought one package more than once a month they think I'm running a meth lab???

WTF
