People returning to South Miami Children’s Clinic tomorrow (April 10) to get their 2nd dose will be given gifts — a mask & bumper sticker — to celebrate their vaccination.
Dr. Tina Carroll-Scott, the clinic’s medical director, sent a selfie with the mask. @MiamiHerald

Masks & bumper stickers have the phrase, “I trust the vaccine more than this virus,” a message Carroll-Scott hopes will encourage more people to get vaccinated, particularly those who live in underserved communities.
She tells me the masks & bumper stickers will be available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. Some bumper stickers will also be in Jamaican Patois.
This isn’t the first time the doctor has added a little extra something to a vaccine pop-up. She had a DJ playing old-school R&B in the last one to help people relax.
