RepublicansFormer President Donald Trump and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham are teaming up to raise money for their political group and other Republican interests with a Florida golf tournament.
The Trump Graham Golf Classic, which is expected to be held at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, on May 2, is set to cost participants $25,000 each. The fundraiser is meant to benefit a few GOP political action committees and the Senate Republicans' campaign arm, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, a Monday email announcement said.
Graham has had a rocky relationship with the former president, whom he once called a "kook" and "unfit for office," and he criticized Trump's attempts to overturn the presidential election. But the senator, who was largely a staunch Trump ally over the past four years, has again cozied up to the former president and has positioned himself as a leader of the MAGA movement.
The senator, a longtime golf partner of Trump's, recently said that Trump will remain an integral part of the GOP going forward.

as an RSVP. I am sure there already is a checked box for weekly donations to their "political group".

anyone that has an extra 25 grand laying around, has to have already had their pockets picked. Those who show up have to have gotten a good return on their previous investment. Maybe the feds will stake-out the joint like a mob meeting.

People going houseless and hungry in the United States, yet there's a line around the block to throw money at Donald Trump and Lindsey Graham.
