And as someone earlier said..."Legally Justified" isn't the same as "necessary".

It's a shame, really.

First of all, why were they in his apartment? After knocking and not getting an answer, why did they enter?

Secondly once he got up after being tased. Why not retreat? Yeah yeah, blah blah. They had to make split second decisions. Well your training should prepare you to not resort to killing people in their own apartments when clearly there was no reason for you to be there.
Building staff reports about him banging on doors and yelling was not justification to enter his apartment.
To then tell the public that nothing else could have been done because split second decisions, is utter rubbish and insulting.
