This is beyond "training" cause it would happen ***PROPORTIONATELY*** in white neighborhoods, it doesn't.
It's mostly white cops who when policing non whites, go from 0 to 13 on a 5 scale in - 3 seconds on the slightest feeling of any justification.
The FBI said there were white supremacist infiltrating police departments 15 years ago ... does anyone think that situation is better now than it was over decade ago after the most openly racist president in the country since Andrew Johnson?
Something gonna change, we pray its for the better
