I know a hell of a lot of people just like her.

From her mannerisms, reactions to stressors, fashion sense, and the way they present themselves. There is one common component--they are all struggling internally with insecurities and require constant attention, validation and love. They don't care where they get it from, as long as they get it.

It seems like the Republicans have picked up on this and are love-bombing her, which is a tactic used by cults to attract people who are lost and in search of a family. While slow at first, it will only take a matter of months to a year to fully sway the person over to their camp. As long as the love and aggrandizement is there, they will be a shoo-in for anything asked of them. They are making her feel important and wanted.

the homeless kid who fought her way up. And she has milked it.

I never knew she did both high school and college in four years. HS valedictorian, too!

She is smart, and ambitious, enough to know that if you can't cut it as a Green, move toward the center. And stay there as long as you have to.

She's taking some risky stands-- hope she's got a plan and it works. She's still better than any modern Republican.

She isn't a REPUBLICAN, the progressives in her state helped her get elected and she then stabbed them in the back, she and Manchion have voted pro-republican more than they have voted to their party, so maybe you're right she is REPUBLICAN...

Did she actually run promising a progressive platform? I haven't looked it up but I don't recall her rocking the boat much with her campaign message.

so she can afford to vote like a regular Democrat. She doesn’t have to vote like the Squad but she should be voting for major Democratic legislation.

For example, Curtsy wants us to believe the Senate can be fixed, not by amending the filibuster rule, but if people there merely "change their behavior." What rot, what rubbish!

That's not the talk of someone who respects her constituents, or of someone who intends to act against the existential threat that her Republican colleagues pose to American government. She's smart enough to know Republicans aren't going to change their behavior, but by her doing nothing, by her attempting to gaslight the public, Curtsy's showing everyone that she's in league with the enemy.

And that wasn't so smart of her.

However, Manchin and Sinema supposedly work for us. If they and the other Democratic senators don't reform the filibuster rule to pass voting protection laws, and thwart the Republicans who are determined to overturn elections, then they're not really working for us; they're working against us.

I believe no Democratic senator is so stupid or naive to not see what the Republicans are doing. But by not changing the filibuster rule to protect voting rights, they either don't care that American government is burning down around them — which is treachery — or they're afraid what the Republicans will do in retaliation if the GOP takes back Congress and the White House — which is cowardice. Samantha Bee summed it up very well when she said the Democratic senators are letting the losers call the shots. They need to respond to the fierce urgency of now.

Hardscrabble upbringing. Admirable, but she's always going to be looking for the next 'new' thing to make herself stand out. She's always felt like the outlier so thus no need to conform.

You're not going to Primary her.

You're not going to vote for a Republican instead.

Sinema is a Democrat. She didn't campaign as a left-winger. Neither did fellow Arizona Democrat Mark Kelly.
