The filing included a letter from Chairwoman Lofgren to DOJ in which she notes that Brooks 1/6 comments were made at a political rally and Brooks has defended them as political statements which would mean they arent covered as official House business.

(1,442 posts)against the process server who delivered Congressman Swalwell's lawsuit to his wife. But, in D.C., not so much.
And, from what I've read, the process server works out of Atlanta, Georgia, and the state of Alabama has declined to request his extradition. Poor little Mo.
