Each of Trump's three SCOTUS appointments is tainted with the hypocrisy, arrogance and

contempt for judicial independence that epitomized the entire Trump "administration".

Gorsuch sits in a seat that should have been filled by President Obama, but the despicable McConnell and crew insisted that a POTUS should not be permitted to exercise his Constitutional power in his last year in office. Hold that thought.

Kavanaugh was appointed by Trump and confirmed by the immoral and corrupt Republican Senate despite credible testimony that he had sexually assaulted a young woman and embarrassed all thinking people with his enraged "I like beer!" defense. Neither Trump or the GOP cared.

And, finally, Amy Coney Barrett. Remember that insistence that a POTUS should not be permitted to name a new SCOTUS Justice in the last year before an election? Well, ol' Amy was sworn in in October of 2020, mere days before the last election. The same smarmy Republicans who refused to even consider Obama's nominee nearly a year before the 2016 election "on principle" conveniently FLUSHED those principles for Amy.

Either impeach a couple of these paid-for Justices or expand the Court and restore its balance.

OR, just say "That's too hard!" and let the fascists have their way with us.

3. Start with Kavanaugh

Allow the FBI to finish the investigation that was supposed to take place three years ago. That action is certainly justified. The investigation will no doubt turn up enough evidence to warrant impeachment, as well as a charge of perjury.

was coordinated with SCOTUS, it was the easiest way for them.

9. I blame Sarandon, Moore, Turner, West, Stein and any other politician...

... who intentionally kneecapped Hillary. This is all on them. The lies, the treachery, the hypocrisy... and now look at the results.

Hillary was right.

20. Yes... they were following the lead of those treacherous ones I mentioned.

Or... they needed to be "inspired" to vote. There are also a couple of politicians who encourage this type of behavior. They are beneath contempt.

21. I am pissed off for my Granddaughters.

I lived my life.

I remember the bad old days of illegal abortions.

In high school girls would go to Mexico.

Or have a D and C if their parents had money.

Poor girls went to home for unwed mothers and had their babies stolen.

Two girls I knew in gym glass died from illegal abortions.

23. The parents were hard people.

They would have kicked the girls out of the house.

Nasty people.

It was more suicide then a anything.

The boys had the draft to worry about.

Women and girls had unplanned pregancies.

12. OK, but now it is time for the Democrats to change the laws to make sure repubs do not get away

with murder.

I insist, the constitution and the laws of the USA were made with a bad assumption, that people in office would be honest, that they would love their country and its people, and that they would not pass laws that only worked for their personal agendas.

Things need to change, the rules for someone to run for the presidency must change, it must be made so hard that no asshole like trump or Josh Hawley can get in there. Be aware, be very aware of a Hawley getting into the White House.

13. This post got me thinking

This just makes me think of how many times we Democrats get screwed by cheating Republicans and we still don't act like Angry White Men!

Republicans don't get screwed by Democrats, they just like to pretend they've been screwed, then act like they've been victimized, and then start acting like Angry White Men!!

15. I have had the same thoughts as the original poster

But you put them together much more eloquently. It isn't that I believe Justice was ever fair or that the constitution was really drawn up to include everyone since we all know it was meant for white men who were land holders. It definitely did not include women or Native Americans or Blacks or any other race.

When Democrats decide it is time to fight back, I truly hope they pack the court and while they are doing that, have the determination of Elections be done by popular vote and drop the electoral vote. I doubt we would ever see another Republican president or at least not someone like Trump.
