Anybody answer this? I have a niece (30 i think) that got the covid,(no vaccination) works atdaycare

Her 3 kids (all negative) Daycare really pushing to get her back to work. North Dakota health dept says she can't work until she sees a DR. Today Dr. say lungs are good, but she's very weak and has really bad joint pain. Dr. refused a note for employer. So i'm thinking the health Dept. will tell her to return to work WITHOUT a Covid test. Is this the plan now? Let them return to work NOT KNOWING if they are still covid positive? I dont get it.

1. It's North Dakota

They don't care about the Covid excuse there. Sick? Too bad. Get back to work.

I'm sure this won't be the last time she catches it.

She obviously doesn't really care about the health of her own kids, or the kids at daycare. I'd be mortified if I had unvaccinated children around someone like her. I'm thankful not to live in a shithole state like ND.

4. The guidance I got after Covid was not to be retested for 90 days.

A clean test is not a path to return to work. Length of time with no symptoms is the trigger to return to work. Apparently even though you are not contagious any longer, you can test positive.
