When all is said and done, regardless of any epiphany, multiple crimes were performed.

Only the MAGAs will embrace the thefts and downplay the damage and disruption of lives.

Much like those in Whoville, who forgive the criminal. At least the Grinch was redeemable.

They don’t have the ability to see that as a contradiction of the Christmas message, or the message of their New Testament (which most of them don’t have the capacity to read). Everything is compartmentalized in their heads. They literally don’t have a coherent and internalized model of the world to operate from. Their whole belief system is a reductive projection from their brain stem. That’s why they idolize Trump. He speaks their language. He’s their new Messiah.
