that backwards ball caps on anyone over the age of 16 makes the wearer look like a dork.

I think these pictures are having the opposite effect of what was intended.

...once word got out that Sarah Palin had a better time in the marathon than me; I would have dropped the whole 'jock' schtick.

Of course with Ryan's basket weaving degree; it would make the 'intellectual' angle kind of tough too.

With his bizarre-ass cadence when he talks; I wouldn't push for a 'eloquence' of speech angle or claim that he's charismatic.

The interesting thing about this picture is that it has nothing in the background. They could have moved in some clean pots and pans and a sink for the next photo op. Maybe that's why he's sticking out his paw: "hey hand me an apron and some clean cookware".
