Garland would be accused of being incompetent if he indicted Meadows for contempt now.

It does not take two months to make a decision, one way or another, on a contempt charge. We know Garland is not incompetent from his career. We know Garland follows the law. We know Garland knows the law. Something is going on people. I don't know what it is, but something is going on.

There have been a number of contempt of congress referrals over the years and two months is actually on the quick end of the range... with the vast majority not resulting in prosecutions.

...is that Garland is acting and thinking like a judge and not the chief lawyer of the federal government of the United States.

I could be wrong, of course, but I doubt it. Do you know or work with Merrick Garland? Have you ever spoken to him? What is your connection that gives you knowledge of his daily activities and thoughts?

Just asking...

Wheeler makes a good argument on the Meadows' case predicated on Bannon's contempt charge.

Definitely worth a read.

They don't need his information. They already know what's what and don't want to waste time arguing with his lawyers about privilege.

If they cant flip him, they'll fuck him up. He aint flipping, so........
