Amendment that could out LGBTQ students withdrawn from Florida's 'Don't Say Gay' bill

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The amendment of Florida's controversial "Don't Say Gay" bill currently in the legislature that could forcibly out LGBTQ students has been withdrawn.

Looks like there was too much heat, so Repugs decided to back (part of the way) out of the kitchen.

The rest of the bill is still awful, of course.
