Is Ukraine firing any missiles into military and other strategic targets in Russia?

I have not read about any missiles entering Russia as retaliation. If not, why?

1. I believe the rationale is to be on the glorious defense and

to not provide moral ammunition to pooty.

and Ukraine may not have enough weapons to do a reasonably offense attack.

2. I was wondering the same.

Why not go on the offensive. Russia has attacked them unprovoked so it totally justified to fight back. I would at least bomb the Russian troops staging on the borders.

3. because

it would be a stupid move. It would supply propaganda opportunities for Russia and accomplish little. Better to use what they have as effectively as possible on Russian Troops in the Ukraine

6. How about attacking the Russian troops staging on their border?

Clearly those are justified targets and probably sitting ducks.

7. possibly but

I think it better to strike strung out convoys that are supplying ammo and fuel as well as any other troop-carrying vehicles. This could be done with hit and run tactics and smaller type portable weapons. This type of attack is harder to defend against. Any missile or long-range artillery attack would be identified and attacked at its source.

9. They can do both.

Also using drones could be more effective.

4. Do they even have any long-range missiles to fire at Russia?

I kind of don't think so.

5. Better to strike the temporary bases the Russkies set up. Destroying the fuel supplies and ammo...

...dumps on the Belarus and Russian sides of the Ukraine is a better bet. Those tanks, APC's and scout cars can't run on air!

8. They may not have a big enough military to open up another front.

They need everything they have for a defensive position.

10. The best tactic

For an inferior force against a conventional and Hightech opponent is a low-tech consistent offense of gorilla and hit and run attacks. Think Vietnam Afghanistan Iraq and for that matter the American revolution to some extent.

11. Ukraine only has tactical ballistic missiles, which have quite limited range.

12. They hit a airbase in Rostov

They haven't done more than that because they lack the ability to do so. They have no long range missiles or bombers. Only short range ballistic missiles. They retired their bombers back in the mid 2000s. They have some anti ship cruise missiles that might be able to be able to hit ground targets, but their range is also limited.
