The Command Launch Unit (CLU) is pretty sophisticated; not just pick it up and shoot.

I don’t know what training the Ukrainians have had, but they’ve apparently had enough!

suggests training has been underway for weeks, and materiel has been on the move for weeks as well. US intelligence knows what's happening at any given time. They are rarely surprised. Our forces are not involved but they do support NATO countries.

from another country, I forget which one, that are easier to handle. Both style weapons give Ukraine flexibility. I heard that they need night vision goggles so that they can use these weapons at night for sneak attacks.

They also need Stinger missiles because Russia pretty much owns the skies.
