https://www.latimes.com/politics/story/2022-06-06/early-voter-turnout-low-california-june-primary"Judy Nguyen is frustrated that anyone with enough money or the right connections can run as a candidate in an election. Shes disappointed she hasnt seen immediate, tangible change under President Biden. And she feels for Americans who are trying to survive in an era where gas prices are skyrocketing and baby formula is scarce.
But she realizes shes also part of the problem.
Im one of those people who talk like, oh, I want change, but then I dont always vote, Nguyen said as stood in the shade with her baby in a Brea shopping plaza. I know Im in a way at fault, but sometimes its just so hard to know who to believe and who to vote for, she said.
The 40-year-old Democrat from Fullerton voted for Donald Trump, then for President Biden, and for Gov. Gavin Newsom. She isnt happy with any of them."

The issues were very clear in 2016, and not only that trump was a bigot, racist, and sexist, but that the SC would be the issue.
Sorry lady from Fullerton, but I doubt you stand for very much

(3,439 posts)They started early voting here on Saturday, so I went over there Saturday afternoon and voted. My husband had already completed his mail in ballot but not mailed it yet, so he dropped it off across the street. When I voted I was the only one there and it didn't look very busy yesterday or today. Maybe most people are just voting by mail in ballot like we did in 2020.
