(847 posts)We forget a few clauses from the 25th. After the VP and majority of the cabinet has invoked the 25th, the President can notify the Pres Protempore and Speaker that he (in this case) is just fine and capable to govern. The VP and a majority of the cabinet can disagree. Then it is up to Congress, where it would take 2/3 of each house to invoke the 25th. Figure the odds.
