If we codify Roe, how will the red states react?

I'm remembering how we had to send in troops to protect students going to school when we ended Segregation.

Will federal troops be deployed to protect Planned Parenthood sites? Live ammunition? Will red states deploy their own National Guard in response?

I'm terrified the Trump states are insane enough to contemplate outright violence at this point.

1. They'll sue. Supreme Court will rule 6-3 that codification was unconstitutional.

agree and the USSC placed jurisdiction in each state, not the federal govt.

The same would go for the R claim to wanting a national abortion ban --- how can that be accomplished when each state is now entitled to their own ban or no ban. IMO the present USSC would void any codification of Roe in a heartbeat.

However, I greatly doubt that the Democrats would make good on the "find out" portion.
