2. Do you mean, can they be fired by a new president?

If that's what you're asking, the answer is no. Federal judges serve for life, and that's in the Constitution. The only way to remove them is through impeachment and conviction by Congress.

3. All Article III federal judges can be removed only by impeachment and conviction,

and only a few have been - usually for crimes like bribery. 15 have been impeached, 8 removed from office.
