This is outrageous. Toxic sports bras are 22 times over safe regulations.

It’s no wonder that breast cancer is out of control.

Sports bras sold by Athleta, PINK, Asics, The North Face, Brooks, All in Motion, Nike, and FILA were all tested for BPA in the past six months, and the results showed the clothing could expose wearers to up to 22 times the safe limit of BPA, based on standards set in California, according to the Center for Environmental Health.

1. You think that's bad. Our High School gave out pink sports socks to kids on the Cancer

day of awareness. The socks were made in China and bore a label warning of possible cancer toxicity. My daughter discovered it after we got home from the event.

I wear those all the time. If the big names have it, I'm guessing my cheap generic brands do too.

Someone I know tore her rotator cuff trying to get one off.

I hate those things!

Have started buying ribbed tank tops two sizes too small and wearing them instead. This works remarkably well and is very comfy. 🙂

6. This summer, I ditched my bra entirely outdoors!!

Too hot. Threw on a loose cami, and another loose flowing top (to cover the nips) and loose fitting skirt!

We had record heat in South Texas and that's what I wore when I went walking. Desperate times call for desperate measures!

Need all the ventilation I can get. I wore this on the trails. Trails aren't too crowded. If I suspected someone was "looking at my chest", I obstructed their view with my water bottle.

You could not see my nubs, but I looked "flat", so if someone was curious, they could probably figure I wasn't wearing a bra, but nothing showed and it was so darn hot, I don't think anyone cared. We have lots of people from the ME and South Asia on that trail. Although women from those countries wear bras, they do wear loose flowing tops and skirts on the trail. So I probably didn't stick out too much.

I've stopped asking her why she wears a contraption that she hates.

Anyway, kicking to spread the warning.

I keep a bra in my vehicle and put it on in the port a potty after I'm done walking!

Just to save a buck.

The double layer ribbed tank tops idea sounds better than a bra in Texas.
I Just hate wearing bras.
