(15,785 posts)My concern about Georgia.. two candidates as different as night n day but the voters barely saw it that way. So close was not my hope but a win is a win but... Im born n raised in the South n Im thinking Im gonna leave this good Earth with barely a blimp of change. Im pleased but I want too much..I guess. These baby steps are maddening 🙀

(3,571 posts)One that wasn't reported widely was that Rudy Guilani had to face the music for his attorney-misconduct (disbarment) hearing where he is going to lose his license to practice law.
The other thing that happened that was under the radar with such a busy news day is the ringleader of the plot to kidnap Governor Gretchen Widmer was sentenced to Life in prison.
Yes indeed, a very good day for our side.

It was a fully satisfying day.
