So, do the McCarthy's, who have no other place to go, recognize

they got a bit of benevolence to grease future swaps.
It's not fair to say they got played, because they had few sticks.
McCarthy will be saved by the necessary Democrats.

Could this be an opportunity to pass bipartisan legislation?

I suspect there will be listeners.

They see the see the democratic process as mob rule and bipartisanship as a moral failure. I am glad that Biden sill has at least one ace up his sleeve. If the American people don't wake the hell up and stop sending the fools to make our laws we will be lost.
