Rudy Giuliani sued by his former lawyers claiming he owes $1.4 million in unpaid legal fees
Former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani was sued Monday by his onetime lawyers in a lawsuit that says he owes $1.36 million in unpaid legal fees.
Robert Costello, a partner at the law firm Davidoff Hutcher & Citron, sued Giuliani in New York Supreme Court. He and his law firm are seeking payment of legal services that Giuliani has received since 2019. According to the lawsuit, Costello’s firm began providing Giuliani legal services around November 2019, which continued through July of this year. The lawsuit said legal services provided by the firm included early representation in what became the election interference cases in Georgia and Washington, D.C. The law firm alleges that it billed Giuliani directly for fees and expenses totaling more than $1.5 million, and that Giuliani only paid $214,000. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/giuliani-sued-former-lawyers-claiming-14-million-unpaid-legal-fees-rcna105731

1. I think they will end up having to settle for a percentage of what they are owed
I think this percentage will be roughly equal to the percentage of Giuliani’s bills to Trump that Trump plans to pay. Both equal zero. The only major difference is that Trump will comp Giuliani to a few free nights with a complimentary breakfast buffet at Mar-a-Lago. Giuliani’s lawyers won’t even get that much.

3. Boy, are they in luck!
Donald might let Rudy have a couple hundred thousand from that fundraiser he's hosting at Bedminster.
