This is what it's like to give birth under Israeli bombardment.

Nov 17, 2023
This is what it’s like to give birth under Israeli bombardment. AJ+ filmed inside Gaza’s al-Shifa maternity ward before Israeli forces raided the hospital.

There are 50,000 pregnant women in Gaza who are forced to give birth under dire conditions, including overcrowding and the lack of proper sanitation, fuel, and medicine. In some cases, women are not given anesthesia for C-sections.

Without functioning hospitals, pregnant women will be at even greater risk. Since October 7th, over 11,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza — 70% of them women and children.

Watch all the way through and know that is your tax dollars that are supporting horror on the women
and children of this god forsaken nightmare. Watch and tell me you don't sob for these
women and children.

Releasing the hostages will not stop the brutality these proud people are enduring.
Israel wants to force them out of Gaza one way or the other.

I am proud of how President Biden has handled the situation, along with the solidarity he has shown the Jewish state and people.

If the hostages are released and Hamas surrenders, the war could end immediately.

US public support for Israel drops; majority backs a ceasefire, Reuters/Ipsos shows

Only a third now think US should support Israel. By next week, it will be less.

There is massive global support for Palestine, because most people are horrified by graveyards of children -

If the mother is having trouble breathing in the bombed hospital - what’s in the air those newborns are breathing & will that baby be under rubble soon ? Will that baby lose her life or maybe her legs like the following baby?

Baby just learning to walk loses her legs. Multiple this by thousands.

whole narrative that anything done in the name of Israel is 100% correct 100% of the time, because everyone in Gaza is hamas or some such nonsense.

I have seen comments about how there are no innocent civilians in Gaza because of the election 19 years ago....an election that Netanyahu chose to meddle in to ensure that Hamas won, in order to avoid a two-state solution.

Somehow I had mistakenly thought that that Democrats were the party of human rights and
social justice for all, and that compassion for all humans, regardless of creed or color was
our mantra.

in, reality it does not matter how people like you rationalize this violence and brutality..
The world is watching and thankfully most people who have the courage to watch this video
will identify with these women and babies. Israel is losing the propaganda war whether you
watch or not.

With your lack of compassion, I doubt that you have ever faced the vulnerability
of giving birth. I cannot imagine going through labor with bombs dropping around you
