(119,653 posts)I am wondering whether Marianne Williamson or RFK Jr., as goofy as they are, would get away with the same misbehavior. Could they also argue that the free speech rights of a presidential candidate entitle them to threaten judges and their families? Any dingbat can file some paperwork and claim they're running for president (and many have) - is that a literal get out of jail free card?
