Elon is a fascist who wants zero regulation from governments. No unions. No labor laws. No safety laws. This is clear from his actions. He wants his billionaire friends to run the world's governments.

both men (as self professed) endorse and thrive in chaos - and believe it a reliable tool used to dominate the people they habitually exploit. Musk is perhaps 20 times smarter than the rather dim bulb that is Trump. But then - one need not be bosom buddies to recognize a 'useful tool'. (emphasis on 'tool'. )

To be the ruler of everything, and I think his starlink system was meant to be the mechanism for takeover since it handles a majority of all business conducted on the planet.

6. Didn't you get the memo? Tesla is no longer a car company

It is a "Robotics/AI" company (per Elon).

He's already canned the entire charging team and scaled back on new vehicles.

Car companies don't have sky-high stock prices. Tech companies that promise "the future" do have them. If Musk wants to keep his lofty "world's richest" ranking, he needs to pivot the company away from cars and towards tech.

He gets Federal energy credits which he then sells to polluters to enable them.
Then, he gets to jack the price of his subsidy vehicles up, knowing that the buyers' tax credits make that high price affordable.

a slap on the wrist fine, like Facebook and Cambridge Analytica got for screwing the 2016 election.

He has top-secret military and espionage contracts via SpaceX (more subsidy). He'll be immune to consequences, like Boeing.

His propaganda wing is also essential to the coup-coups.
