I just received my Ballot in the mail

I live in very RED Fayette County, Il so I am suspicious because the return envelope is addressed to a different county than I live in.
If I blindly returned my ballot in that envelope, would my vote not count?

If that's the case, people need to be warned to check everything VERY carefully.
