(2,774 posts)Can't tell how tall it is, but it looks like they may have made it too tall as well.
Not sure why it was chosen to unveil it now, but anything that mocks him is ok with me.

(2,774 posts)I should have recognized the hands being too big - don't know how I missed that.

Definitely too neat and ordinary though.

(3,660 posts)is missing as far as I can tell. The face should be more flabby and with a sandpapery finish.
But the deed was brave.

(84,885 posts)Needs to be big enough that it cant possibly be missed, AND very difficult to remove. Or maybe leave the statue part in the correct size and just enlarge the plaque on its base - so it cant be avoided, ignored, or missed.

(19,099 posts)The statue in the op has clothes on. (There's a sentence I never expected to type, lol.)

(60,962 posts)especially since MSM can't be bothered to report on this.
They got the hands all wrong. They should be miniscule. But then, maybe they're normal sized so it's easier to see the suggestive gesture the statue of the asshole is making with the right hand.
Gotta love the art community!

(300 posts)John McCain co-authored a book called Character is Destiny. It tells brief stories about people who, in desperate times, demonstrated strength of character. I had a classroom set for my high school students. But now we see that, at least in America, character doesn't matter. Character is no longer destiny. Lack of any character at all has landed MAGA man in the White House twice. That ain't how it's supposed to work.
I keep trying to get over what happened on Nov. 5, but then I keep thinking about the multitude of sins this piece of human scum keeps committing, and I just get sick to my stomach all over again. When character no longer matters, what is left?
He is pure evil. Some think he is the antichrist.
Yes, it is like a knife in me what he did to my father and millions of others and to this country. And they just let him do it, no one fought back the way they should have. Now they are doing the same thing again. He is insane and they all pretend he isnt in the media and elsewhere.

(10,973 posts)Would like to know the height. Hands too big, or at least doesn't depict his short fingers.
What about a side view. Does it depict his added height from the lifts in his shoes?
Also, I am a seamstress among other things and have noticed how his suits
are tailored to be longer in the front. Long tie and long coat front meant to subtract
from the dumpy-ness of his midsection. And yeah, the artist could have brought his
hair out a little in the front.
Plaque at base is spot on, though.

(7,313 posts)]A statue of Donald Trump that appeared at a small park on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and accused the former president of a "lifetime of sexual assault" was whisked away not long after it arrived.
The Trump sculpture was spotted Wednesday morning at Maja Park, a grassy area in front of the Park Towne Place apartments at 22nd Street and the Parkway. Trump's golden likeness was positioned facing the park's bronze "Maja" sculpture of a nude woman.

It's gotta start somewhere!
