It has always been close to my heart since that day.

Then, it was played at my dad's funeral, when he was buried in the Veteran's Cementary on Otis AFB Bourne, Massachusetts.

Today's rendition brings not only sadness but ANGER.

Like two generations before me and the one generation after me, we all took the oath.
Army WW I, USN WW II, USAF Vietnam, Army Iraq.
