am i crazy

i sense this air of celebration - but i can't do it until the house votes. did something happen i'm unaware of? is it just a formality or what?
and are those bastards waiting for midnight or what?! i had a brutal day at work and now this.

I believe if it passes, it goes straight to Obama.

i keep sighing. i need to sleep but may stay up until the bill is signed by the president. i think this whole BS has been causing me some real stress.
