The St. Ann Police Chief now defending suspended Officer in updated email to press

Source: https://twitter.com/CaseyNolen/status/502234229082947585/

Subject: RE: KSDK phone call

Last night, during one of the many recent
conflicts in Ferguson, a St. Ann officer had
bottles of urine and water thrown on him.

The officer then raised his weapon after seeing a
gun in the crowd, he continued to scan the
area trying to assess the scene. While
assessing the scene he asked several people
including a member of the media to move.

The media person refused to cooperate and in
an attempt to keep the public safe, my officer
used profanity with the public and told the
media person that he was going to kill him if
he didn't move.

We certainly do not condone the verbiage that
was used and the officer will be counseled on
his choice of words.

The officer is suspended without pay until further investigation.

The St. Ann Police Department regrets this
unfortunate situation and hopes for a peaceful
resolution in Ferguson.

Chief Aaron Jimenez
St. Ann Police Department

Do cops sound like your kids. "No, Mom, he hit me first!" "No, Dad, he spit on me!" More bullshit lies from grown folks to cover bad behavior. Piss and water. How did he know it was piss . . . and water? It could have been piss from a well-hydrated person.

I can see it now...

"During a very peaceful demonstration, a black male *ahem* ...errr uhh "Outside agitator" inserted himself in with the media and pointed a rifle at my officer. My officer fearing for his safety returned fire, unfortunately 4 reporters got caught in the cross fire and were shot in the temple at point blank range and 3 witnesses were shot in the back as they tried to escape. During this exchange of gunfire we believe the "Outside agitator" picked up his shell casings, stole every camera and smashed all cellphones to bits before disappearing into the night.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Officer and his family,
Chief Tubbsy Lardo

Police officers NEVER draw their weapons (never ever shoot) unarmed people

No reporter mentioned anything thrown at the cop, in fazct they described that group as peaceful. Further, the group was crowded together, not possible for a gun to have been seen unless it was being held in the air, which was very unlikely. Lastly, another cop forced the threatening cop to lower his weapon, and escorted him away... so even the guy's fellow cops knew he had just lost his cool.
He's just lying to cover his ass... same as Wilson and the rest of those criminal police.

Amazing eyesight. Did the gun keep moving, and the reason the officer had his rifle raised was so he could get a clear shot at the gun in the crowd?

How fucking stupid do these police chiefs think we are?

they will soon be justifying a cop eating a baby on live television as a "necessary action to keep the public safe".

I can only conclude that the police force in the area is full of complete dumbasses.

Nothing but CYA bull! An unproveable and wholly insufficient excuse for an officer out of control. I hope Ferguson can become an inspiration for a new movement that pushes back against these bullies.

I had a cop pull me over for a traffic violation THAT DID NOT OCCUR (She cited me for failing to stop while paying a toll not realizing just that day they shifted the lanes to drive thru..) and start out by screaming at me. She was completely disrespectful and woefully out of line.

I gave her what for about her rudenes. In retrospect, glad I'm a white guy or something really bad might have happened.

These police attitudes are REAL to be sure...again I hope Ferguson is the start of something good.
