and I'm glow in the dark white.

Cops need a lot more training in the fact they're not to protect and serve the lily white, only.

They also need a lot more black cops out there.

Mostly, they need to learn how to treat their employers of all colors with respect.

no matter what the "mix-up" is wrong. Their attitude and pressuring him for identifying his self after treating him in a hostile and bossy manner was pretty frightening actually.

both North and South I witnessed them twice beat handcuffed suspects senseless, 6 of them surround and turn their dogs on a homeless man seemingly for sport, tell a woman who was White and had been beaten bloody nose eyes cut on face by her boyfriend who was Black that "she deserved it because she liked ni**ers so much" and that if she called again they would ome up with something to charge her with, treat a female rape victim as a trick gone bad for no other reason than her husband was Black and the assailants were White, if it had been Mpls he might have wound up dead or seriously injured

When I lived in Mpls I was as afraid of them as I was the criminals even when I lived "over North" it was during the days of the cop duo know as the 'wild wild west' because they rode around blasting that over their loudspeaker at all hours of the day and night

oh and there have been 2 cases where White Mpls cops have shot non-white off duty or undercover cops 1 was Black the other was Asian

Cops are cops. Assholes until proven otherwise

when I was jumped on the U of M campus and chocked near to death by the man who had killed some nurses on campus, I was accused by a cop at my house that it was I who initiated it. It was I who was at fault and the problem. This caused me to have nearly a nervous breakdown. He later on went on to hold a prominent position in Mpls. Politics. Go figure.

Do we need to have minimum standards for training cops (thought we already had that)?

I would hope that lots of time would be devoted to learning how to interact with all kinds of people in a professional manner. Most cops today seem to act like their training consisted of watching clips of Tackleberry in the "Police Academy" movies.

and they're being exposed for the self-important liars, thugs, racists, corrupt bullies that they are. As well as downright stupid in many cases.

I can't believe anyone would give a cop the benefit of a doubt any more.
