1. Happy indeed, it is a holiday where I am but they call it labour day.

Public holiday everything closed and the locals go to political rallies whole the rest of us get drunk.

4. I always remember my grandmother on May Day.

She was an elementary school teacher who had her students celebrate the day by making May Baskets and winding May Poles. Was just looking at a couple of her orgami-like, folded paper and lace May Baskets this last weekend.
