Doesn't every kid toss pebbles at a window to wake up a friend at some point in their teenage years?

Hell, a friend and I climbed up the fire escape & through the window of a friend's apartment to wake him up for an impromptu road trip around 3am one morning back in college. Glad he was a peaceful hippie & not a gun owner.

I am sure this OP will be locked. I just feel bad that one kid is dead and the other will feel guilty the rest of his life because we had to have these stupid devices be legal.
