Paul Ryan sez he'll be House Speaker, under certain conditions. Here's the conditions:

Condition #1: No one laugh at his poor leadership skills

Condition #2: Everyone (media too) continue to pretend he is a policy wonk and not an empty suit with a blank economic plan who gets off on the thought of grandmas starving.

Condition #3: Everyone delete those workout pictures of him with the chicken-like legs, bro.

Condition #4: Stop comparing him to Eddie Munster.

Joe Biden should be present at all times to give Ryan another dope-slap anytime he says something stupid. Though I realize this may constitute an undue burden on Joe since he'd rapidly come down with something akin to tennis elbow.

you play basketball or run 6 miles a day. I did that and all the weight lifters were jealous of my legs especially my thighs.
