Could someone point me to the list of all the kids being peeped at in the toilet by pervs

Last edited Fri May 13, 2016, 09:52 PM - Edit history (1)

who happen to be transgender. (Edited for proper terminology. No offense intended)

I can't seem to find the volumes and volumes of reports put together into one expansive list.

This is happening hundreds of times a day from the outrage and screams of the repukes.

If you want to find the real perverts all you have to do is look on a Republican club membership roster.

Its men (pervs, not transgendered men) who want to walk into a ladies room. How do you propose to stop them? "Sorry sir, this is the ladies room. You can't come in here." "Sorry, but I self identify as a female today. You can't stop me." What is your response in this situation?

It's wierdo guys who will use the legal opportunity to perv.

Whether or not it actually will become a problem, however, is yet to be seen.

And you just outed yourself as a transphobe - because you clearly have no knowledge and no interest in learning anything about the transgender community.

It had nothing to do with the transgender community. It had to do with NON transgender men who may decide to "take advantage" of the law.

Also, what's to stop pervs from doing what they do right now - sneaking in when nobody is in there? If it would be such a problem, why do people not do it now?

Also, why do transgender men never get mentioned in this debate?

to bust into the women's' room. It already happens. There is no epidemic of people pretending to be trans to get access to the women's' room. Pervs are already breaking the law.

Someone could just wait until the restroom is empty (as it often is).

Transgendered people aren't any problem whatsoever. They just want to piss like the rest of us.

was a pretty persistent problem for the retailer I worked for.

I'm not entirely sure how one is to tell one group of penis equipped individuals in dresses apart from another.

If anyone has a solution to public washroom perverts of all descriptions the providers of public accommodations the world would love to hear about it.

Our biggest one was homeless people who would lock the door, shoot up and nod off.

Problem with being located right by a major transit hub.

We didn't have a huge problem with the homeless, but lots of Larry Craig problems in the men's room and perverts in the women's.

We have some crazy stories about a "gang" of drag queen shoplifters, but I am pretty sure they jury would frown upon them.

Precise- and invariably its the poor retail sacks making close to minimum wage who have to deal with the problems.

Like it's a huge pain in the ass having to use the can in your run of the mill mid-to-major metro area, because businesses guard their bathrooms like it is the holy of holies. But I also understand why.

We had basically single occupancy bathrooms so that cut down on some kinds of funny business, but every couple months you'd get commander poopypants come in and do some sort of jackson pollock routine.

Yuk.

TERMS TO AVOID

Problematic: "transgendered"
Preferred: transgender
The adjective transgender should never have an extraneous "-ed" tacked onto the end. An "-ed" suffix adds unnecessary length to the word and can cause tense confusion and grammatical errors. It also brings transgender into alignment with lesbian, gay, and bisexual. You would not say that Elton John is "gayed" or Ellen DeGeneres is "lesbianed," therefore you would not say Chaz Bono is "transgendered."

for their own sick purposes.

There aren't many transgenders in the general population - so the vast, vast majority of sexual deviants who might use the pretext in women's restrooms will always far outweigh the literally tiny number of actual transgender people who might also have this sort of sexual deviancy.

Yes, it happens. But it is very, very rare. However the sexual perverts in the bathrooms AREN'T that rare, and legislation or regulation mandating that they be allowed access is a danger to women and children.

And here is how it works (from Canada):
http://www.torontosun.com/2014/02/26/predator-who-claimed-to-be-transgender-declared-dangerous-offender

A sexual predator who falsely claimed to be transgender and preyed on women at two Toronto shelters was jailed indefinitely on Wednesday.

Justice John McMahon declared Christopher Hambrook — who claimed to be a transgender woman named Jessica — was a dangerous offender.
...
He noted the Montreal man, 37, attacked four vulnerable females between the ages of five and 53 in Montreal and Toronto over the past 12 years.
