An interesting discussion on FB this morning.

A poster wrote: "I suggest choosing a President the way we would choose a defense lawyer, not the way we would choose a spiritual leader."

My response: "Never having had to choose a defense lawyer, and not ever expecting to need one (knock wood), I can't speak to that. Curious choice of example, though. Defense lawyers do not MAKE change - they try to PREVENT a change from happening."

From Wikipedia: "A defense lawyer is a lawyer specializing in the defense of individuals and companies charged with criminal activity."
