(36,217 posts)With your cryptic clues I was guessing a location, Bath (see my cryptic response in post #5). I may one of the few DUers that actually drove past his house (1971) while a history professor gave me the lowdown on him. I didn't recognize either name of the house, but I sure knew the town.

(36,217 posts)Taking a wild guess based on just the category is the game in our house. I'm the champion, getting it right about 3% of the time.
I was romping all over Somerset that summer. I was living in an old rectory, surrounded by 3,000 diseased ancient skeletons for an arthritis study, so I had to get out often.

My real worry is that new road to Norman Manley airport with huge boulders. The last one that came in from the South (Ivan) destroyed the road - this will be its first real test.
Over in Cayman they were saying it looked like Ivan's track early on. Ivan had a good long time to work as it went across.
It's looking like you or Haiti, unless we can get Pat Robertson to send it somewhere else.

Former North Side resident Seth Wilson ruled "Jeopardy" again on Wednesday's episode.
Wilson, 31, notched his eighth win in a row to bring his total winnings to $191,701. Wilson correctly answered the "Final Jeopardy" clue about former Ethiopian emperor Haile Selassie to earn $25,201 on Wednesday's episode.
Wilson faced tough competition from Iowa statistician Erin Post, who only trailed Wilson by $5,000 going into "Final Jeopardy." She missed the "Final Jeopardy" clue and wagered all but $1.
Retired New Yorker Harold Leff got the "Final Jeopardy" clue corrrect, but didn't have enough money to wager to beat Wilson.
Wilson, who briefly lived in the Ravenswood neighborhood this year before moving to another city, is a Ph.D. theater student at the University of Georgia and an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Vanderbilt University.

Thanks.
