In Canada during Stanley Cups playoff, the sound system fails SO the CROWD sings (with enthusiasm) the Star Spangled Banner - Wonderful.
Makes you wonder if a U.S. crowd would have sung the Canadian nat. anthem - you know, with Trump now badmouthing them.

and that's only because that's the name of it. Many Americans don't know that.

The US anthem is played every time an American team is playing in the NHL. I grew up in Western Canada and probably knew the American anthem at least as early and at least as well as the Canadian one.
