(781 posts)I'm ready to scream. Every rethug in the House needs to quit or be defeated in 2018 if they don't introduce and vote on articles of impeachment NOW. I know, I know...I'm singing to the choir.
Also, is it possible has he compromised this other country's intelligence agents live(s) by telling the russkies this?!!

(51,974 posts)article 2 doesn't talk about classified information specifically, afaik, so it's just a matter of federal law, i would think.
by his logic, if he's exempt from this federal law, then why wouldn't he be exempt from all federal law, e.g., tax evasion, murder on federal land, etc.?
obviously that can't be the case, but what is constitutionally different about federal law regarding classified information?
