I'm sure that she has some kind of non-disclosure clause in it because Ivana and Marla have never been quoted at all. So it's likely that if they talk, the money shuts off entirely, they may even have to pay him back.

There were some rumors that during the campaign there were divorce papers drawn up but never filed. If that's true, it's possible that part of that divorce decree stated that if he won she would wait until he was out of office or she got nothing.

She can always walk away, but if she wants to walk away with the money, I'm sure she has to play by his rules. I think he plays hard-ball even with his "loved ones." It's even possible that her "presents" don't actually belong to her. For example, smart gold diggers start socking away jewelry, or put part of their clothing budget and "walking around money" into a separate account so if they need to leave in a hurry, they have something to tide them over until they find their next sugar daddy. Someone like Trump would see through that tactic and preempt it. He controls people by controlling all the money. I'm pretty sure that love, affection, and esteem have never entered into any of his personal relationships. To be fair, for true gold diggers it doesn't enter into it for them either.

My first long-term relationship back when I was in college was with a guy who started off sweet but revealed himself to be cold and hateful, of course not to Trump's extent.
