Where is our future headed?
I would hope to see a change in how people act and treat others around them. I have traveled all over the lower 48 in the past 30 years driving a truck for a living. Just like everything does, things have changed. Some for the good, but most not so good. The way people think that they need to get to where they are going a few second faster. The way people treat others because that other don't dress, look or talk like they do, they insult that person along the way. Our biggest problem I think, is that technology has played a part in this? No one talks each other, they text or email. Greed and cronyism divide our social classes by the wealthy to do, looking down at those who struggle day to day. The streets are busier and so people crowd they way around. There are so many things that we all can do to change this, but until we do change, things will only get worse for our fellow citizens. I am guilty doing some of these same things, I talked about here. I am working hard to better myself and no person is better than the other. I was taught, treat others as you want to be treated. Respect, honor and dignity, needs to come back into our country and fast. If not, we will be a nation without good leadership and nothing will change! It is not a party issue, it is an American issue. I don't not agree with the GOP for the things they are doing, BUT the Dems need to find a way to break this trend. We have no one to blame but ourselves if we don't do our part to better our future?
